Product & Sales Executive

We are a digital healthcare initiative with a primary focus on creating a customer-centric digital platform that seamlessly integrates healthcare content and services. Our ambitious plan involves launching our proprietary healthcare solution by the middle of 2024, initially targeting the inefficiencies within occupational healthcare. In the medium term, we aspire to introduce innovative digital health services such as telemedicine and teleconsultation, aiming to enhance patients' overall experience and elevate the quality of care they receive.

We proudly position ourselves as an integral part of the broader healthcare ecosystem, collaborating with pharmacies, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and health insurers. What will be your key responsibilities:

We are in search of a dynamic and competitive Product & Sales Executive, ideally a young professional, to play a pivotal role in expanding our business activities. This individual will be tasked with driving the adoption of our solution, identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ultimate objective is to not only meet but exceed the company's expectations, contributing to rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Build business by identifying prospects and effectively selling to them.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential selling possibilities and assess customer needs.
  • Provide valuable feedback from potential customers and members to enhance product functionality and service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
  • Generate regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals, and efficiently handle complaints or objections.
  • Monitor and report on potential collaborators, competitor activities, and identify business threats and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance overall results.

What experience should you have:

Functional Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Proven experience in creating and securing new business, preferably in a B2B and/or professional services setting (Saas experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and grow a sales pipeline, providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude for delivering engaging and persuasive presentations.
