What will be your key responsibilities:

Prepares overall project time schedule, plans key project activities, investment budget and risk register.
Prepares the tender, manages site investigation after acquisition.
Manages the contracts with municipality, utilities, consultants, designers and other participants in the process.
Responsible for change management process including adjustments to schedule or project, evaluates them and suggests best solution.
Monitoring of the implementation of works on the construction site.
Utilizes duly approved standards, processes, manuals, templates during Project Journey as appropriate.
Oversees the building certifications in cooperation with Sustainability specialist.
Supports permitting, necessary contracts, easements or other legal documents including neighbors agreements.
Manages Quality Assurance and Quality Control from owner’s perspective in all phases of project. Monitors Health and safety and construction quality on site.
Regularly checks fulfillment of the business plan, regularly reports project financial status.
Takes part in decisions on all key problems and project milestones (project concept, financial business plan, main due dates, main suppliers and clients).
Organizes the internal team coordination including meetings and reports.
