About the job:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce products, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who can navigate complex projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Oversee the execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Including different types and sizes of projects and support of pre-sales activities.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical functional specifications.
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to manage risks
Ensure that all project deliverables, client communication, and documentation meet the required quality standards
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Continuously evaluate project management processes and implement improvements across projects.
Požadujeme
What we expect:
5+ years of project management experience, focusing on Salesforce implementations.
Proven experience managing and delivering a Salesforce project.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce core platform functionality, including configuration approach, customization, and best practices for integration.
Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration in English.
