Project Manager (A902)

Project Manager (A902) is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams and manage projects from start to finish.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including oversight of responsibilities, timelines, and schedules
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks 
  • Evaluate and manage project deliverables to meet service level expectations
  • Lead cross-functional teams, monitor project performance, and address significant deviations from plans
  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards, methodologies, and internal processes
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage complex projects involving system and infrastructure components
  • Collaborate with end-users and internal stakeholders to ensure product accuracy, integrity, and completeness


What experience should you have:

  • Education: University education (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate)
  • Language skills: English - Upper intermediate (B2), Fluent Slovak
  • Required experience: more than 5 years
  • Personality and skills: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning, knowledge of best practices in project administration, ability to manage IT projects using appropriate technical resources, advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Power BI, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Certifications: PMP and Agile Project Management are an advantage
