Prompt Engineer

What we need from an AI Prompt Engineer  

• Prompt Engineering: Design and develop effective AI prompts tailored for specific use cases  
• Applied AI: Implement LLM APIs for chat solutions, chatbot development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and data-driven applications  
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to create impactful AI solutions  
• Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct process and workflow analysis to streamline AI/GPT implementation across business functions  
• Research and Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in GPT models and related AI technologies, refining strategies and applications accordingly  

Necessary skills and experiences  

• Expertise in developing and analyzing solutions based on large language models (LLMs)  
• Advanced knowledge of algorithmization, data science/engineering, including experience in Python and related technologies  
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and BigQuery  
• Experience with versioning systems (e.g., Git)  
• Demonstrated ability in process design, workflow analysis, and AI-driven optimization  
• Flexibility and a passion for evolving AI technologies and methodologies  
• Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
