What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Participate in agile squad planning sessions, contributing to sprint goals and quality strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated tests for new features and components (mostly in TypeScript and Playwright).
  • Execute both manual and automated testing processes, aligning with sprint specifications.
  • Identify, analyze, and report defects, working closely with development teams for resolution.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience with test automation frameworks: 2+ years of experience building automated tests in Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or a similar framework.
  • Familiarity with testing tools: Experience using testing automation software like Browserstack, TestRail, Postman, or similar.
  • Performance testing knowledge: Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies is preferred.
  • Exploratory testing and bug reporting: Proven ability to explore applications, identify defects, and report them clearly and concisely.
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance best practices.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI coding tools: Excitement for and experience with AI coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • Location: Must be located in Czechia or Slovakia.

What do you get in return:

  • A competitive compensation package including equity.
  • Work remotely or from our Karlin office - it's entirely up to you.
  • Budget to attend your favorite conferences or gain certifications (e.g. AWS).
  • Annual hackathon to work on innovative ideas of your choice.
  • A beautiful office in Karlin, with a full fridge, top-notch coffee, and a Multisport card to stay active.

We'd love to see your work—share your GitHub, portfolio, blog, or anything that shows off your skills.
