QA Developer (Manual testing)

• Perform test case execution and thoroughly document outcomes.

• Collaborate in the development of comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Work closely with developers to replicate issues and provide valuable insights.

• Validate defect fixes and ensure their successful resolution.

• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis during debugging.

• Potentially enhance automation scripts for optimization.

• Create, manage, execute, and evaluate both manual and automated test cases.

• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability.

Qualifications for Success:

• Proficient in crafting effective test plans and test case documentation.

• Skilled in executing test cases and meticulously recording results for analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with tools used for test management and defect tracking.

• Possess strong troubleshooting capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

• May require experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing automation test cases.

• Proficiency in advanced scripting, potentially for automation purposes.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in testing ERP systems, preferably iScala, but any other ERP or financial product experience is acceptable.

• Knowledge of MS SQL would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with SSRS is a plus.

• Ability to comprehend and interpret automated test scripts (e.g., TestComplete scripts or scripts from other automated testing tools).
