Meet our team

We are a team of four, primarily handling IT recruitment and HR processes while providing HR support for both HM Digital Hub managers and employees. We are no strangers to employer branding and HR marketing, and we also cover the entire lifecycle of all employees based in Brno, who keep the IT heart of Heidelberg Materials – one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of building materials – beating.


What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do

Your primarly focus will be on the IT recruitment with full ownership of the process, but there will also be a space provided for playing a role in onboarding & offboarding processes, HR Marketing and branding activities.

This vacancy is ideal for those in search for a part-time job (approx. 18-20 hours weekly). We can be flexible with your week agenda. However, the job needs to be scheduled during business hours among multiple days - half of working time from the office & the rest is up to you.

  • Drive the hiring process for new colleagues
  • Create and publish job adverts on the official career page and job portals
  • Plan and run pre-screening calls, take part in candidates’ interviews, and recommend qualified talents to hiring managers
  • Actively hunt for IT professionals using the LinkedIn career platform
  • Cooperate with recruitment agencies assisting in staffing
  • Maintain a positive employer brand and cooperate on other HR activities.



What experience should you have:

We are looking for these competencies

  • Work experience in IT recruitment (2+ years)
  • Interest in a variety of HR topics
  • Likes working in a hybrid setup (being on-site for 2-3 days per week)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and initiative-taking professional with an interest in the IT industry
