Regional Export Supervisor (Bosnia & Herzegovina Market)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export activities in line with company goals and international growth plans
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target market
• Build and maintain relationships with distributor
• Manage day-to-day export operations, including coordination of shipments, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potentials
• Track export performance and prepare regular reports on sales, markets, and operations
• Proactively resolve operational and logistical issues related to export activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (export, sales, or FMCG industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
