RPA Developer

o As RPA developer you will have following key responsibilities during our automation delivery life cycle phases:
o Design: You will be consulted during SDD (Solution Design Document) creation and will be responsible for TDD (Technical Design Document) creation. You will proceed with target applications installation and validation of accesses for Bot on Virtual Machine based on FRQ (Functional Requirements Questionnaire)
o Build: You will develop / build the solution based on signed off key stroke PDD and SDD and apply the best practices during development. During development unit testing should be performed
o User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Proceed with internal UAT phase based on list of scenarios and test data provided by business analyst and business. You will provide peer to peer code review with your colleagues and will receive it as well. In UAT phase you will run the bot in front of SME and proceed with callibration based on SME’s input
o Hypercare: Callibrate the Bot based on system exceptions and potential differences between production and test environments
o Support: Support already existing and new upcoming RPA solutions in terms of monitoring and bug fixing, Control Room and Virtual Machine troubleshooting, implementing enhancements and change requests
o Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects, coordinate and resolve these in a timely manner
o Partner with Third Party Vendor on RPA use cases during delivery life cycle, review peer to peer code for best practice, ensure code complies with Automation / RPA architectural standards
o Serve as primary monitor of RPA control room to efficiently and effectively execute automations, monitor and maintain license utilization and subscriptions

• Knowledge of RPA project life cycle
• A passion for current and emerging technologies
• Profficiency in SQL
• Understanding of microservices concept and experience with usage of APIs
• Understanding of cloud concepts
• Ability to understand BPM diagrams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
• Experience with IQBOT of AA or any OCR – advantage
• Experience with AARI of AA – advantage
• Power Automate knowledge – advantage
• Experience with VBA – advantage
• Profficiency in JS / Python – advantage
• Previous working experience in CoE or multinational company – advantage
• Experience with chatbots / mailbots – advantage
• Virtual Machine troubleshooting experience – advantage
