Sales Consultant for Public Sector - Poland

About the job 

Sales Consultant for Public Sector needed! We are looking for someone who would be in charge of our company's business development in the Polish public sector. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and managing end-to-end operations of public tenders, as well as preparing all necessary documents – from verifying administrative and technical requirements to creating a written response for formal tender proposals. What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Researching and monitoring public tenders 
  • Filling applications for public tenders 
  • Cooperating with lawyers regarding the sending of formal objections and appealing to the tendering authority (Chamber of appeal or similar)
  • Dealing with public sector regarding current/future tenders/deals
  • Handling PL public sector customers and taking care of anything they need in regard to the products that we offer
  • Helping with finding the most suitable software solutions
  • Providing information about correct licensing of products
  • Finding prospective purchase deals, creating individual price offers and project conditions
  • Taking care of our long-term partners and customers
  • Cooperation with marketing and product department

What experience should you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business /public administration
  • Experience in tender administration or with legal documents appreciated
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to lead and manage tender projects
  • Well-organized, proactive, determined, and focused on achieving their goals
  • Consistent, orderly and patient 
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Interest in software or in the IT industry is a big advantage
  • Languages: Polish - native level, English - At least B2 (regular communication with colleagues from different countries)
  • B2B contract (not employment contract)
