Sales Engineer

What will be your key responsibilities:

We are looking for individuals who excel in combining technical expertise with sales acumen. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving our sales strategy. Your focus will be on promoting and selling our EMC compliance solutions, engaging with clients in the electronic product design and development space. With your technical knowledge and industry insight, you will identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships with our key clients.

What we offer

Responsibilities

  • Help with crafting technical responses for RFPs/RFIs.
  • Work with sales to write solution descriptions and value justifications.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Translate technical features into business benefits for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and drive the negotiation and closing of complex sales deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upsell opportunities.
  • Mentor junior sales representatives and provide leadership in the absence of the Commercial Director.
  • Transition account details and technical insights to the implementation or customer success team after the sale closes.

Skills and Experience Required

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields.
  •  Extensive experience in technical sales, especially within the engineering consulting sectors.
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  •  Being a digital nomad is a plus (familiarity with CRM, Google Workspace and project management tools)

  • Languages German and English
