Sales Support Administrator
Join our growing sales support team and become a part of a new, growing GBS in Trnava!
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Providing support to the sales department for defined customers
- Preparation of price quotations (for prototypes, serial and spare parts)
- Processing part shipments in coordination with other departments
- Checking and processing orders for serial components and tools
- Updating sales prices and payment terms in close collaboration with the responsible salesperson
- Issuing credit notes/debit notes
- Clarifying open customer invoices in coordination with other departments
- Creating/maintaining master data of customers and parts in SAP and on customer portals
- Creating summaries of contractual agreements
- Business planning, project tasks, general administrative tasks based on inputs from the salesperson
- Generating data analyses from the SAP system
What experience should you have:
- Preferably, an education in the field of economics or similar
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales support role or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Good communication skills, responsible attitude, flexible approach, detail-oriented
- Fluent in the English or German language / daily communication - mostly written/
- Experience in the automotive industry - an advantage
