Sales Support Customer Service Specialist - Kaunas

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Customer Service Specialist to join the team of a global supplier of electrical connectors.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Relationship management with existing customers, direct contact (email, phone) to ensure ongoing support and communication;
Customer`s orders entry and confirming in SAP;
Issuing of quotations through SAP;
Delivery initiation and control;
Internal follow up on open items such as quality, logistics or pricing issues;
To keep and manage customers database in line to targeting maximum customer satisfaction;
Working closely with other departments.

What experience should you have:

Similar work experience ~ 1 year;
Lithuanian - native, good knowledge of English in word and writing (B2-C1), ability to communicate in Russian (A2-B1);
Customer-oriented thinking;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with multiple organization functions;
Strong team player, willing and eager to learn, positive person;
Ability to travel with necessity to improve knowledge required by daily tasks.
