SAP HCM Consultant

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to human capital management.
  • Utilize Business Integration Builder for designing, configuring, and monitoring interfaces between SAP and external systems.
  • Ensure smooth integration between SAP HCM and other business applications.
  •  Customize SAP HCM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
  •  Configure and optimize SAP HCM modules to align with organizational processes and goals.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of SAP HCM configurations, BIB interfaces, and ABAP code.
  • Ensure that all developments and configurations adhere to best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM functionalities.
  • Address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What experience should you have:

  • Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Business Integration Builder (BIB) and SAP ABAP.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing interfaces using Business Integration Builder.
  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language for customization and development.
  • Languages on level B2 and higher: Slovak, English
  • German language is a useful benefit
