SAP Process Manager (A1023)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing processes during the critical Fit-Gap analysis phase and coordinating the design of “to-be” processes in close collaboration with functional consultants.

Your task will be to thoroughly analyze the current state (AS-IS), identify system gaps, and design optimal process setups within the new S/4HANA solution. Using Celonis, you will ensure that processes across modules are logically connected and deliver real business value. In addition to technical coordination, you will regularly communicate with clients and SAP consultants to ensure a smooth transformation process.

• Excellent command of English
• Hands-on experience with Celonis is a must
• Previous experience in a similar role focused on Fit-Gap analysis
• Willingness to travel regularly to Hungary/Budapest to client during the analysis phase (relocation not required), visiting the client 1–2 times per month during the first months (travel expenses covered, Budapest)
• Experience in the pharma sector is a strong advantage
