SAP Solution Architect

As a SAP Solution Architect, you will take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture across diverse SAP programs and industries. Partnering with clients, you’ll translate their needs into forward-looking SAP designs that deliver tangible business outcomes.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture design during client engagements (greenfield, brownfield, S/4HANA migrations, SAP cloud adoption, etc.).

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solution designs.

• Create architecture roadmaps, solution blueprints, and high-level estimates for implementation projects.

• Provide guidance on SAP best practices, standards, and innovations (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori, AI/ML, Analytics).

• Oversee solution integrity across functional streams (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and technical layers (interfaces, extensions, integrations).

• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, proposals, and solution demonstrations.

• Act as a thought leader within the SAP practice and mentor junior consultants and architects.

• Collaborate with internal teams and partner ecosystems to deliver client value.


What experience should you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in an architecture or technical leadership role.

• Proven consulting experience across industries and SAP transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of core SAP modules and their integration points.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud offerings (BTP, RISE/GROW, etc.).

• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to lead solution design workshops and interact with both business and IT stakeholders.

What is nice to have

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

• Knowledge of integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration), data migration, and analytics.

• TOGAF certification or SAP architecture certification is a plus.

• Experience with agile project delivery.

• German language skills are a strong plus.
