Senior Accountant with English and German

Become the driving force behind our accounting and finance processes. As a key expert, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to streamline closing procedures and implement impactful process improvements. Your expertise will be vital in preparing IFRS and Tax reports, as well as Cash Flow planning, for both group and statutory requirements. You'll be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, and liaise with our group consolidation team.

Your Impact:

• Accounting Process Mastery: Execute specialized accounting tasks, ensuring adherence to internal processes, legislation, and DDL requirements.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Champion: Serve as the team's expert and key user for General and Subsidiary Ledgers, providing first and second-level support.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as the functional interface between SAP consultants, shared services, and international subsidiaries.
• IFRS/HGB Compliance: Ensure accurate accounting within SAP, adhering to both HGB and IFRS standards.
• System Optimization: Manage the functional aspects of Finance module release upgrades and changes.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Innovation: Contribute to the ongoing development of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud platform and related processes.
• Communication expert: communicate with internal and external auditors and tax authority in specific agenda.

• Academic Excellence: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Proven SAP Expertise: Relevant professional experience in accounting and providing first/second-level support for SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Finance module, ideally within an SAP Public Cloud environment.
• Collaborative Spirit: A strong team player with excellent intercultural competence.
• Proactive & Organized: A high level of commitment, with a structured and independent working style.
• Language Fluency: Fluent in English, spoken and written. German is a big advantage.
