At Beohemija, we are transforming from a leading regional manufacturer into a highly competitive European FMCG player.

This is not a traditional export coordination role.

This is a business leadership position with full responsibility for market development, distributor performance, commercial strategy, and profitable growth across:

• Croatia
• Slovenia
• Germany
• Austria
• Switzerland

You will work closely with distributors, customers, marketing, supply chain and senior management to shape the future growth of Beohemija brands across the Adriatic region and the DACH markets.
