We’re looking for a Senior GL Accountant to take charge of two small European entities. SAP skills a must, love of numbers and structure essential.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Oversee as well as perform daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with applicable regulations and IFRS accounting standards
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports according to IFRS accounting standards
Coordinate external audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS accounting standards as well as tax regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting operations and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
Manage the statutory financial statements according to local GAAP
Work in close alignment with both internal and external tax advisors

What experience should you have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
3+ years of experience in a comparable role
Proficiency with SAP
Fluency in English
French and or German language proficiency is a plus
Strong knowledge IFRS standards.
Ability to adapt to changes, and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder interaction.
