Senior Infrastructure Consultant

What will be your key responsibilities:
What you will do
- Lead consulting engagements end-to-end - from understanding requirements to delivery coordination and final handover.
- Design infrastructure solutions based on our product catalogue and initiate product development for any gaps identified.
- Partner with product teams to shape solutions and contribute to service improvements.
- Build strong relationships with internal customers and IT counterparts.
- Learn continuously - our team values curiosity, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
What experience should you have:
We are seeking candidates with the following competencies:
- Strong knowledge in at least two of the following areas - Compute & Virtualization or Networking or Storage & Backup
- Analytical mindset and ability to handle complex problem scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills - from technicians to managers and non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable, practical solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure.
What is beneficial:

- Experience coordinating deliveries across multiple teams.
- Knowledge in related areas - cloud, automation, monitoring, identity, security, etc.
