Senior Lead Consultant/Local Leader

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior skilled and motivated Lead Consultant to join our team in Prague. You will play a key role in managing and delivering technical consulting projects across Central and Eastern Europe with major focus on Czech local market. This position involves working closely with clients and providing expert guidance on engineering and construction-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to projects such as technical due diligence, feasibility studies, master planning, and concept development.

Conduct technical analysis, review documentation, and provide expert opinions and recommendations.

Advise clients on permitting processes, urban planning constraints, and technical solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Preparation of proposals and acquisition of new projects.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop local team

Lead and mentor internal project teams.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in a similar consulting or engineering role.

Background in architecture, civil engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or Economical experience.

Experience with industrial or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and permitting procedures.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (intermediate to advanced).

Willingness to travel for business and client meetings.

(Optional) Professional Engineer license in a relevant field.
