As part of this evolution, we're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing strategy team. You will work at the intersection of business, brand, and customer – delivering insight-driven strategies in collaboration with expert teams in brand, data, and technology.
- Lead and structure strategic problem-solving for clients in areas such as market segmentation, customer insight, brand positioning, and value proposition development
- Work hand-in-hand with brand strategists, marketing specialists, and creative teams, translating insights into actionable plans
- Collaborate with business analysts and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and readiness for implementation
- Drive and support cross-functional workshops, discovery sessions, and client interviews to uncover needs and opportunities
- Help define and build the consulting capability within the marketing agency — shaping methodology, tools, and best practices
- Take ownership of project scoping, timelines, client communication, and delivery quality
- Be a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, offering clear recommendations and frameworks for decision-making
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a similar client-facing advisory role
- A structured thinker who enjoys tackling complex business problems and crafting clear, strategic narratives
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (brand, creative, tech, data)
- Experience managing multiple projects and client stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in Czech and English
- Background in marketing strategy, CX, or brand is a plus — but not a must
