Senior QA Developer (Automation)

• Conduct comprehensive automated testing of fundamental module functionalities to ensure product stability, encompassing:

• Automated deployment of QA environments (virtual machines)

• Automated installation and configuration of complex distributed automated testing tools

• Automated installation of fresh product builds for testing

• Execution of automation test scripts

• Monitoring and resolution of QA environment issues

• Collection, analysis, and availability of test results for development teams

• Initial analysis of differences and failures in automation test outcomes

• Continuous maintenance and development of the automated test library using specialized tools

• Periodic performance and load capacity testing of Epicor|Scala products

• Further development and maintenance of internal automated testing software

• Resource and hardware planning

• Coordination and support for the development team

Requirements for Success:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Expertise in Windows administration

• Proficiency in Windows application installation, reinstallation, and system registry management

• Experience with the use or development of automated testing tools

• Strong background in automation testing

• At least 2 years of programming experience

• Involvement in international development projects

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Creation of test plans and testing scenarios

• Familiarity with Scala functionality

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages and hypertext technologies

• Understanding of software creation for inventory systems

• Insight into software localization principles in MS Windows

• Programming skills or willingness to learn auto test scripting languages
