Senior Smalltalk VisualWorks Developer

As a Smalltalk VisualWorks Developer, you will be responsible for implementing business and technical requirements in Smalltalk VisualWorks (Cincom) across the target systems TPN, GFD-Z, and RUT-K. You will analyze and assess change requests using T-Shirt Sizing (S, M, L, XL), provide effort estimates, and contribute to service planning.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Implementing new features and system enhancements in Smalltalk VisualWorks
• Analyzing and processing change requests within an established enterprise environment
• Performing unit testing to ensure solution quality
• Documenting implemented changes
• Investigating and resolving defects through root cause analysis
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Smalltalk VisualWorks (Cincom)
• Strong programming experience in Smalltalk
• Ability to independently analyze and implement changes in an existing enterprise system
• Experience estimating the complexity and effort of development tasks
• Experience with unit testing
• Ability to document implemented solutions clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional proficiency in English
