Senior Test Manager (A715) - Bratislava - Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager for a long-term project starting ASAP.

Our client focuses on card issuing and acquiring services, such as fraud risk management, disputes handling, on-demand testing etc.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Cooperating with the team of 6-8 testers with expertise in payment authorizations (payments in shops, with mobile, on internet, withdrawing money from ATM, etc)
Covers requirements coming to project from different sources like project, change requests, defects, incidents
Plans the project assignment on daily, weekly, monthly schedule, manages priorities and ad-hoc tasks
Interacts with other projects mainly with developers, project managers and analysts to understand requirements
Supervises the whole test management cycle throughout different testing stages like system test, UAT testing, pre-production testing, etc.
Reporting to supervisor and management
Drives testing automation and assure improvements and constantly growing volumes of automated testing scenarios

What experience should you have:

Senior expert in the payment authorization area
ISTQB certificate – ideally Test Manager
Very good English spoken and written
Strong competence in testing – former tester
Understanding of different testing methodologies, ability to adopt them into practice
Strong communication and presentational skills, able to solve stressful and conflict situations
Analytical thinking, able to dig into testing details
Ability to spot weaknesses and propose improvements – either in testing directly or in methodology
