Site Engineer –Role in a Large-Scale Renewable Energy Project
For its operations in Lithuania, Electrum sp. z o.o. is seeking a Site Engineer to join an experienced team working on one of the country’s photovoltaic (PV) plant projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to take real ownership of technical processes on-site.
What will be your key responsibilities:
The Site Engineer will:
• Organize and supervise the installation of HV/MV substations and related infrastructure;
• Ensure subcontractors deliver quality results, on time and in line with technical requirements;
• Verify completed works, manage documentation, and track billing;
• Uphold occupational health and safety standards across the site;
• Report progress, keep accurate records, and participate in coordination with investors;
• Travel regularly to project locations and stay closely involved with day-to-day operations.
What experience should you have:
What helps to succeed in this role:
• Higher education in a technical field — preferably electrical or civil engineering;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation;
• 1 year of experience in construction or electrical installation projects;
• Solid skills in Excel and AutoCAD;
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel between sites;
• Communicative level of English; Polish is an asset;
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and communication.
