About team

Team Omega is responsible for integrating with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) providers and collecting contact center–related data for use in Eleveo applications (Workforce Management, Workforce Optimization) and analytics. The ultimate goal is to provide easy-to-setup integration with customers’ cloud contact center systems and provide a seamless experience for data transfer.

What will be your key responsibilities:

You will

Write well-designed, testable code based on PM (Product Management) requirements
Develop a software product, staying true to our company’s core values and needs while lending your own creativity to the mix
Create scalable, automated solutions for our customer base
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Write unit and integration tests for each new development delivery
Document and maintain software functionality

What experience should you have:

We need

Advanced or senior level in React
Proficiency with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
Some experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot
Basic level (or general overview) in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Unix & Linux
Object-oriented programming and functional programming
Experience with Spring Batch and OLAP cubes are a plus
Git, Maven/Gradle (nice to have)
Databases – PostgreSQL (basics)
Familiar with general software design patterns
Clean code attitude and test-driven – unit tests, integration tests
Strong technical thinking and problem-solving skills
Interest in modern technologies (AWS Cloud preferably)
Fluent English
