Solution Architect – Realtime Decisioning (A969)

• Conduct IT analysis and maintain documentation following E2E ownership principles
• Understand individual parts of IT architecture and evaluate their impact on the overall solution
• Identify challenges related to business requirements that may affect solution design
• Create detailed functional specifications, including architecture, components, and technology stack
• Define implementation tasks for squad members and advising professions
• Continuously seek improvements to the overall solution and identify areas for optimization
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team to ensure adherence to design and best practices
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement resolutions effectively

• Experience with Camunda
• Knowledge of streaming and stream processing technologies (Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, ksql)
• Familiarity with native mobile app development
• Experience with order management systems and digital onboarding workflows
• Familiarity with campaign management solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of modeling techniques (Archimate, UML, BPMN)
• Experience with JAVA, Python, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, Open API
• Experience with middleware and APIs for data exchange between systems
