Solution Designer SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - KOŠICE

As a Solution Designer, you will develop complex solutions for the development/improvement of virtual or physical products/services in close collaboration with functional and IT units.


What will be your key responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for the roll-out of employee central in Deutsche Telekom international subsidiaries as well as in Germany 
- Your responsibility includes requirement analysis with (internal) clients, solution Design, effort estimation as well as delivery steering 
- You will work closely with our development teams and outsourcing partners 
- You evaluate business models or requirements and the integration into technology solutions as well as the technological implementation options (business/technology bridge) and you are responsible for requirements engineering in complex projects
- You carry out the in-depth analysis and conception of requirements, taking holistic business requirements and implications into account
- You coordinate extensive requirements for technical products/services and ensure the implementation of the solutions (business requirements).
- You establish and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, managing expectations and providing comprehensive advice to business areas with technical expertise and business process know-how
- You manage strategically aligned projects

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What experience should you have:

- at least 5 year experience working with SAP success factors module employee central as a solution designer
- track record of successful large size (> 5000 employees) implementations
- IT project management skills ideally in an agile environment (eg scrum)
- English mandatory, German nice to have
- Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
- Excellent experience in the management of strategically oriented projects
- Outstanding several years of experience in enterprise or IT architecture management
- Outstanding, comprehensive experience in the specification of comprehensive IT solutions in complex IT system landscapes
- In-depth knowledge of technological consulting of the business
- Extensive knowledge of the market, technology and competitor environment in the information technology and telecommunications industry
