Sourcing Specialist Senior with German - Prague

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to become a part of international outsourcing company.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, negotiating contracts and achieving savings.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in diverse spend areas.
Utilize ERP systems (Jaggaer, Ariba, SAP) to manage projects effectively.
Drive improvements in the overall sourcing program, offering creative solutions.
Ensure timely project deliverables and present results to clients and global teams.
Build strong collaborative relationships, influencing positive outcomes.
Leverage strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.

What experience should you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
5 years of experience in Global Sourcing.
Fluent German and English.
Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Proven track record in negotiation and category management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
