This is a high-touch, high-impact commercial role. You’ll work directly alongside one of the most networked people in the Czech HR and business scene - attending meetings, events, and co-leading conversations with senior leaders in major companies. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, drive commercial conversations, and most importantly, convert opportunities into signed deals.
We’re not looking for a cold caller. We’re looking for a closer - someone who’s naturally strategic, commercially minded, and confident in taking ownership of proposals, leading contract negotiations, and driving deals across the finish line. You’ll play a key role in building new partnerships, especially across the Czech business scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend business meetings and networking events (both alone and with the CGO)
- Lead discovery meetings and introductory calls with prospective clients
- Take full ownership of proposal creation and customization based on client needs
- Lead or co-lead contract discussions and pricing negotiations
- Build and nurture relationships with HR and business leaders
- Drive opportunities from initial meeting through to deal closure
- Maintain regular contact with former, current, and warm leads
- Represent GoodCall at relevant industry events and conferences (especially Czech-language events)
- Serve as a strategic sounding board and right hand in ongoing commercial efforts
