Junior asset accountant

• Processing standard fixed asset related transactions (acquisition, transfer, disposal) according to IFRS standards
•  Ensuring correct postings in area of asset activation (CAPEX/OPEX) and depreciation
• Maintaining of asset master records and responsibility for accuracy of asset register
•  Performing timely booking of investment-related projects from asset under construction
• Performing month-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Supporting daily customers’ requests and providing information, regular and ad-hoc reports
• Resolving standard issues in area of responsibility
• Identification and clarification of process disruptions 
• Preparing inventory taking
• Acting as the first contact for customer and responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring timely booking of all transactions
• Other ad-hoc tasks according to the needs of asset accounting department
• Support for digitalization and automation initiatives 

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.

• Relevant work experience in Accounting / Asset Accounting is a benefit
• SAP - advantage
• MS Office – intermediate
• Polish language (B2)
• English language (B2)
