Supply Chain Expert (m/f)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Governance & Facilitation
• Lead and coordinate site/global supply chain meetings (e.g., Supply & Inventory Reviews).
• Prepare and manage meeting materials, ensuring discussions lead to clear, actionable decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and analyze data.
• Document decisions and follow up on agreed actions to ensure execution.
• Operational Excellence
• Identify and drive OTIF improvement opportunities through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support CSL activities by monitoring market coverage and proactive planning.
• Lead Waste Cost Reduction initiatives and track their financial impact.
• Monitor ongoing progress and escalate issues when needed.
• Inventory Optimization
• Oversee site inventory performance (Excess, Dead, Blocked, Expired).
• Lead initiatives to optimize inventory while maintaining strong service levels.
• Digital Tools & Process Improvement
• Serve as an advanced user of digital tools (SAP, Power BI, Excel).
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting, and data quality.
• Contribute to digitalization projects and provide analytical insights to support decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in FMCG, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven hands-on experience in KPI management, governance, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Experience in performance tracking and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
