We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our emerging client with an international background to assist in the implementation of their AI-supported, modern solution.
The new colleague will be employed as a contractor, with a daily rate payment scheme, within the framework of a long-term collaboration.
As a Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing technical advice, preparing, and installing systems for clients and other branches (RO, HU, PL, SL, SRB)
• Providing continuous support to both new and existing partners
• Actively participating in the development and execution of strategies
• Preparing weekly reports for the Bulgarian management team
You will need the following skills for your work:
• Knowledge of VoIP system technology
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the AI or Telecommunications field
• Experience with Linux & MySQL databases are not mandatory but considered an advantage
• Strong Bulgarian & English language skills to ensure smooth communication with foreign colleagues.
