Support the decomposition of high-level requirements (Sys1) into detailed technical requirements (Sys2).

Ensure bidirectional traceability from stakeholder requirements to verification activities within Polarion.

Facilitate requirement workshops and reviews with engineering, product management, and customers.

Evaluate change requests, assess impacts, and maintain the requirement baseline in Polarion.

Collaborate with system architects and domain engineers to ensure system concepts align with documented requirements.

Support verification and validation teams by ensuring test cases, acceptance criteria, and verification methods are correctly linked to requirements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of requirement engineering methods, templates, and Polarion workflows.

What experience should you have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
