Team Leader

As a Web Development Team Leader at client´s company, you will be responsible for organizational tasks, providing technical and personal guidance to team members, and supporting collaboration across various roles. You will directly supervise software developers, testers, and product owners within your team, drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Solid understanding of modern web technologies and programming languages
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work from the office more than twice a week and be personally available to the team when needed
• Ability to foster an open and respectful environment for resolving conflicts
• Skilled at giving constructive feedback while actively listening to the team
• Natural authority and ability to build trust, capable of motivating the team and creating a positive, supportive atmosphere
• Experience with programming in TypeScript or JavaScript is a plus
• Familiarity with the Angular framework and functional programming and RxJS is a plus
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
