Technical Consultant - French or German - Prague and Central Bohemia

Our client is an integral part of a well-known German automotive manufacturer. The company is looking to strengthen its team in Prague and would like to hire a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on the French market. What will be your key responsibilities:

Supporting markets in France concerning remanufacturing engines and transmissions
Advising dealers on optimal solutions for engine or gearbox damage
Classifying existing engine or gearbox damages in cooperation with dealers
Determining suitable remanufacturing parts depending on vehicle age and usage purpose, considering stock levels, delivery speed, damage of the old part, and part prices
Being the interface between dealers and customers
Ensuring customer satisfaction through competent technical support
Monitoring the manufacturing process of ordered products at production sites for reman engines in Mannheim and transmissions in Gaggenau
Maintaining continuous communication with dealers regarding production status and delivery dates

What experience should you have:

Expertise in truck engines and transmissions, ideally with retail experience
Technical background and understanding of vehicle spare parts
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French or German is highly preferred
Communication skills with orientation to customer satisfaction
Authentic demeanor and passion for logistics
Problem-solving competence and creativity when handling problems independently
Excellent tracking skills and analytical attitude towards work
Strong time management, accountability, and organizational skills
Good knowledge of MS Office products
