In this role, you will bridge the gap between the technical world and the business side of customer relationship management (CRM). You'll leverage your deep understanding of CRM systems and data to configure, customize, and integrate solutions that empower sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Oversee the technical aspects of the CRM system, including configuration, customization, and integrations.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable CRM solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM technologies and industry best practices.

  • Manage and maintain CRM data integrity and security.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize CRM workflows and automations.

  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure smooth CRM system operation.

  • Train and support users on CRM functionality and best practices.

  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions and CRM performance.


What we look for :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical CRM role.

  • Proven experience with a leading CRM platform (e.g., Sailthru, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

  • Strong understanding of CRM data management principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to have:

  • Experience with CRM integrations and API development.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Project management experience.


KPI’s typical for the position :

  • Increase Efficiency - reduce manual interaction of campaigns from 100% to 80% by end of this year and reduce manual print communication to 70% by year end

  • Increase CTR from 1.3% to 2.5% globally by optimizing template structures and improved recommendation engines

  • Decrease error rates and trouble shooting from 2 to 0,5 incidents/week
