Technical Sales and Application Specialist - French

Our client is a market leader in Industrial Precision Solutions and Advanced Technology. The company's Industrial Coating Systems division, a leading provider of integrated industrial-process control systems, is looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as a Technical Sales and Application Specialist (m/f/d) who will be in charge of maintaining and developing cooperation with their top customers mainly in France and Benelux.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Driving exceptional customer experiences by effectively managing each client relationship and ensuring high satisfaction
  • Developing and executing the business strategy for each customer, with a target to secure profitable growth within your designated territory
  • Conducting on-site audits and system evaluations, assisting clients with settings, and fine-tuning their applications
  • Leveraging value-based selling techniques to promote the latest cutting-edge products, aligning them with customer needs and creating long-term value
  • Delivering impactful training sessions to customer personnel, empowering them to maximize the use of products and solutions
  • Maintaining transparency by reporting all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data tracking and insights

What experience should you have:

  • Strong technical & sales skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
  • Several years of technical education and experience in an industrial environment
  • Electrician education or experience in that field
  • Capable of working independently with a structured method of work and high efficiency
  • Team player in a multinational team
  • Fluent English and French
  • Willing to travel 80%
