Technical support /Technical helpdesk analyst with French

Your responsibilities:
 Solving problems with your expertise in IT
 Go through trainings that will expand your knowledge and foster your development
 Using defined procedures to ensure accuracy in the recording of fault data.
 Updating requests recorded on service management system with progress information
 Escalation of incidents, trouble shooting and all sorts of support
 Interacting with Service Partners, both internal and external
 Managing the service request lifecycle, managing ticket closure, part ordering, service
partner and update queues
 Maintaining and developing an awareness of service offerings

Requirements:
 Willingness and ability to learn, ambition to succeed, develop and build a career
 English AND French language, both spoken and written at C1-C2 level
 Deliver highly accurate work with good attention to detail
