Your responsibilities:
Solving problems with your expertise in IT
Go through trainings that will expand your knowledge and foster your development
Using defined procedures to ensure accuracy in the recording of fault data.
Updating requests recorded on service management system with progress information
Escalation of incidents, trouble shooting and all sorts of support
Interacting with Service Partners, both internal and external
Managing the service request lifecycle, managing ticket closure, part ordering, service
partner and update queues
Maintaining and developing an awareness of service offerings
