Tender Hero & Proposal Coordinator - Praha

Do you want to be part of an international team in the aerospace industry and contribute to the preparation of key proposals? We are looking for a enthusiastic nd organized professional who can coordinate tender administration, support the sales team, and bring structure and accuracy to every project.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Be a key player in preparing proposals for major international projects in the aerospace industry.
Connect business, technical, finance, and legal teams – you’ll coordinate people and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Ensure all documents and materials are perfectly prepared and delivered on time.
Analyze the market, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Learn how public procurement works and gain insight into strategic company decisions.

What experience should you have:

Experience with administration, public procurement, administrative support of tenders and proposals
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a systematic approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English
Technical knowledge (aerospace experience or helicopter knowledge is a plus)
