Working Student (Communication in Infrastructure & Operations) (Part-Time)

What you will do

As a Working Student in our team, you will play an important role in assisting the project & delivery management team in various aspects, including establishing a communication concept, organizing customer events and preparing content. You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment within our digital department.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support in for our strategic digital initiatives in campaigns, workshops, trainings and information events
• Help us transforming complex digital topics into easy digestible communication formats
• Design convincing and motivating communication on the upcoming changes for our stakeholders and communication channels
• Develop and organize the content creation and creation of training and communication packages
• Establish together with our team a new communication framework and set up new standards
• Coordinate and collaborate with people and teams in other departments and countries 
• Learn about our industry, business lines and digital initiatives through training and workshops offered by the company

We are looking for these competencies

• Studies in business informatics, communication, design, business administration, change management, or a comparable field
• Proficiency and fluency in English 
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good analytical skills, you can understand problems and find solutions for them
• You are goal-driven, creative, curious and proactive
• You are a good communicator
• Interest in digital transformation or organizational communication
• You work well independently and in a team of people with international backgrounds
