I hereby consent that company freelance.cz, with its registered office at Brno-střed, 602 00, Trnitá 491/3, Company ID: 08090165, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, acting as the controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), processes my personal data which I have provided for the purpose of employment mediation, or which are publicly available about me on relevant internet networks, in particular for inclusion in the register of job applicants, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 and under the conditions set out below.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA - The processed personal data include personal and presented data, in particular first name and surname, date of birth, nationality, obtained academic titles, detailed information concerning contact details including permanent address, email address, telephone number, education attained and work experience, internships and part-time jobs, current job position, knowledge and skills, requirements of the sought job position, and other related optional data.

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA - Personal data are processed to the extent of the registration form completed by the job applicant and, where a curriculum vitae (CV) is submitted or uploaded electronically, to the extent of the personal data contained therein, or to the extent of information that is publicly available on relevant internet networks.

PLACE AND METHOD OF PROCESSING - Personal data are processed at the Controller’s registered office, either automatically using information technology and/or manually in the form of filing systems, by authorized employees of the Controller or in cooperation with an external processor.

PROCESSOR – The processor with access to the processed personal data is Datacruit s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 695/115b186 00 Praha 8 - Karlín, Company ID: 03545652. The processing of personal data by this processor complies with the requirements of applicable legal regulations and ensures adequate protection of the rights of data subjects. The processor has access to personal data only for the period strictly necessary and to the necessary extent. Personal data are not transferred to third countries.

DURATION OF PROCESSING - Personal data will be processed for a period of 5 years, unless this consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn earlier.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT - The granted consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time free of charge. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT - In relation to personal data, the job applicant has the right to access their personal data, to rectify or supplement them, to request restriction of processing, to object to or lodge a complaint against processing in certain cases, to request data portability, to be informed of a personal data breach in certain cases, to request erasure of personal data in certain cases, to address their request or other submission to the Office for Personal Data Protection, or, in the event of interference with their personal rights, to seek appropriate satisfaction in accordanc
