I agree that the company DEV PACK s.r.o., with its registered office at Vojenova 2540/8, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Identification Number: 06195679, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Sp. Zn. C 340598 as a Personal Data Controller (hereinafter the "Controller") is authorized to process my personal data that I have provided for the purpose of procuring employment, or my personal data that are publicly available on the relevant Internet networks, in particular, to register my personal data in the database of candidates of the Controller, to evaluate them and disclose to the potential employers in order to receive an offer of a job position (hereinafter referred to as the "Purpose of Procurement of Employment") in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 and under the conditions below.

• PERSONAL DATA CATEGORY- Personal data processed are personal and presented data, in particular a name and surname, date of birth, nationality, obtained titles, detailed information regarding contact details, including permanent residence, email, telephone number, education and work experience, previous job placements, current job positions, knowledge and skills, demands of a job position applied for, and other related optional information.
• EXTENT OF PERSONAL DATA- Personal data are processed to the extent provided by the candidate in a registration form, by registration in a mobile application and, in case of handing over or electronic insertion of a CV, to the extent of the personal data listed there, or to the extent of the information that is publicly available on the relevant internet networks and/or via the mobile application of the Controller.
• LOCATION AND METHOD OF PROCESSING- The processing of personal data is carried out automatically in the premises of the Controller's office by means of computer technology and/or manually in the form of a filing cabinet, by the individual authorized personnel of the Controller or in a cooperation with an external processor.
• PROCESSOR- Data processing is carried out by the company Datacruit s.r.o., with its registered office at Václavské nám. 1, Praha 1, 110 00, IČ: 03545652, whose processing of personal data complies with the requirements of applicable legal regulations, which ensures the proper protection of the rights of the data subject. The processor has access to personal data only for a period that is as long as is strictly necessary and to the necessary extent. The personal data are not transferred to third countries
• TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES- Company DEV PACK s.r.o. may transfer personal data for the purpose of providing services to current or future contractual partners and in connection with the preparation of the offer of services for these partners, the company DEV PACK s.r.o. will process as personal data also a name, surname, employee's personal number, photograph, job classification, education, previous work experience, company e-mail address and company telephone number of the applicant, whereby this personal data may be provided by DEV PACK s.r.o. to these partners for this purpose. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is an agreement between the partner companies.
• PERIOD OF PROCESSING– The personal data will be stored for maximum of 3 years unless the consent with the processing of personal data is withdrawn earlier.
• CONSENT WITHDRAWAL

BY ELECTRONIC MEANS - If the consent was granted electronically, it is possible to simply withdraw the consent by clicking on the URL link in the e-mail that was sent with the confirmation of the registration. It is required to keep this email. The consent provided electronically can also be withdrawn by sending an email to the following address: info@devpack.cz.
  2. 2, IN WRITING - The consent provided in writing can be withdrawn by filling in the relevant form in the office of the Controller at Vojenova 2540/8, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8.
• RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT- In relation to personal data, the candidate has the right to access his/her personal data, to correct or complete the personal data, to request the restriction of processing, to object to or to complain against processing in certain cases, to require data transfer, to be informed of personal date breaches in certain cases, to ask for erasing the personal data (‘right to be forgotten’) in specific cases, to address the Office for the Protection of Personal Data with his/her request or other initiative or, in the event of an infringement of personal rights, to demand reasonable satisfaction in accordance with legal regulations or to demand compensation for the damage incurred.
• ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA- If the candidate requests a notification, stating whether his/her personal data are being processed or not, the Controller will provide the candidate with the appropriate notification and, if appropriate and in accordance with the right of the access to personal data, with further information on the processing of personal data.
• SECURITY– The provided personal data are secured by standard procedures and technologies. The Controller ensures that the system is regularly checked for vulnerabilities and that it has not been attacked, and apply such security measures, as may reasonably be required of the Controller, that prevent the unauthorized access to the personal data provided, and which, in view of the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The security measures taken are regularly updated afterwards.
• CONTACT DETAILSThe Controller can be contacted at the e-mail address: info@devpack.cz or in writing at the address of its registered office. The Controller advises the candidate that providing the consent to the processing of personal data for the Purpose of Procurement of Employment is voluntary. In the case of not providing the consent to the processing of personal data, the candidate cannot be registered in the relevant database of the Controller in order to receive the job offers from the potential employers. Except as required by law, the Controller is obliged to erase personal data of the candidate as soon as the period for which the consent has been granted expires or in the event of the consent withdrawal. In such a case, it is not possible to register and keep the candidate in the relevant records of the Controller.
