I agree with the processing of my personal data by the companies of the WMC Group specified below in the text for the purpose of including me in the database of job seekers or for other forms of cooperation for potential job offers or collaboration in the future. In this context, they may process my personal data that I have provided, as well as personal data that arises in connection with the recruitment process (such as the results of personality and other tests, etc.).

I acknowledge that based on this consent, each company within the WMC Group, including WMC Group, a.s., ID: 24186821; Actum, s.r.o., ID: 25090607; Actum X, s.r.o, ID: 05908841; Actum Digital GmbH, ID (Handelsregisternummer): 31295; Actum Digital B. V., ID: 69334234; ACTUM Digital s.r.o., ID: 35723238 (hereinafter, each company individually, referred to as the "Controller"), may send me a job offer or an offer of collaboration.

• PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA – The processed personal data includes, but is not limited to, identification data, such as name and surname, date of birth, nationality, acquired titles, contact information including permanent address, email, phone number, qualification data such as education, work experience, internships, current job position, knowledge and skills, requirements for the sought-after job position, additional related optional items, data related to the recruitment process (such as the results of personality and other tests, etc.), or data contained in the registration form or CV of the job applicant or applicant for other forms of cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant").
• PROCESSING PERIOD – The processing of personal data will be going on for a period of 3 years unless the Applicant revokes this consent to process their personal data earlier.
• RECIPIENTS – The processed personal data is accessible to Datacruit s.r.o., with its registered office at Václavské nám 1, Prague 1, 110 00, ID: 03545652, as a processor, whose personal data processing complies with the requirements of applicable legal regulations, ensuring proper protection of the data subject's rights. Personal data is not transferred to third countries.
• WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT – Consent can be revoked at any time free of charge. Revoking consent with one of the companies within the WMC Group means revoking it for all other companies. Revoking consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Revoking consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the Controller processes based on another legal basis than consent (especially when processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, legal obligation, or other reasons stipulated in applicable legal regulations).
• DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS – In relation to personal data, the Applicant has the right to access, the right to rectification or supplementation, the right to request restriction of processing, the right to object to processing in certain cases, the right to data portability, and the right to erasure of personal data in certain cases, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
