Consent to the processing of personal data
  1. You hereby consent to Freecon s.r.o. , with its registered office in Dělnická 363/12, 417 12 Proboštov, ID: 27302687, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, File 23417 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act") processed the following personal data:
    • name and surname
    • address
    • e-mail
    • telephone number
    • complete personal curriculum vitae (data on education and work history)
  2. The name, surname, contact details and CV must be processed for the purpose of job mediation. These data will be processed by the Administrator for 5 years.
  3. At the same time, I confirm that the personal information contained in my CV, as well as any other information I have provided in writing, by phone or at a personal meeting, is true and accurate.
  4. I agree with the above text by processing your explicit consent. Consent can be canceled at any time, for example by sending an email to info@freecon.cz or a registered letter to the contact address of Freecon s.r.o., Dělnická 363/12, 417 12 Proboštov.
  5. The processing of personal data is by the Administrator, but personal data may also be processed by the third party processors for the Administrators:

  6. Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
    • to cancel consent at any time,
    • ask us for information about the processing of your personal data,
    • request an explanation for us regarding the processing of personal data,
    • request us to erase this personal information
