Account Executive

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our internal product team at DecisionRules – a smart decision automation platform that helps companies around the world save time and money.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Managing qualified opportunities and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle, from first discovery to signed agreement.
  • Leading consultative discovery calls to understand customer needs and connect them to the right solutions.
  • Running tailored product demonstrations together with the Solution Consulting team, ensuring both business and technical perspectives are addressed.
  • Building trust and strong relationships with prospects and customers, acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Collaborating closely with BDRs, Solution Consulting, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth handoffs.
  • Negotiating pricing and terms in alignment with company policies and growth strategy.
  • Driving pipeline growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities with existing clients.

Simply put, you’ll turn opportunities into partnerships, helping customers understand the value of decision automation while driving sustainable revenue growth for DecisionRules.


What experience should you have:

  • A driven, consultative salesperson who thrives on helping customers solve problems.
  • A reliable teammate who brings focus and professionalism to every engagement.
  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or solution consulting (fintech or B2B SaaS is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable in meetings with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Confident working with Solution Consultants to deliver compelling demos, ROI discussions, and technical validations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — skilled at managing multiple opportunities in a CRM and forecasting accurately.
  • Curious and adaptable — able to learn new industries quickly and adjust messaging to different audiences.
