Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage the accounting records of our German group entities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reporting financial information to both internal and external parties while ensuring adherence to local legal and financial requirements.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accounting records up to date in D365 in all entities
  • Processed the approved IOSA and DMS invoices in the system
  • Setting up regular payment runs and send to management for review and approval
  • Setting up payment batches for authorization
  • Processing expense claims and business trip claims
  • Liaising with colleagues on accounting queries received from creditors
  • Dealing and collating data for compliance and external auditors (annual audits, transaction audits)
  • Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc queries related to accounting
